Entry fees are shown as £9 for affiliated runners and £11 for unaffiliated runners, plus a 50p booking fee. The entry price includes a £4 voucher to use in the pub on the night. A service fee of 4 percent applies to each sign-up with a minimum charge of 50p. Discounted entries apply for members of clubs affiliated to EA WA SA TRA until the stated closing date.
Running or walking with dogs is not allowed. Results will be posted on essextrailevents.com. No refunds are offered and transfers are not permitted after 17 June 2026. It is possible to enter additional participants under the same booking, but full contact and emergency details plus confirmation of terms and conditions must be provided before the closing date.
