Summer Nuts Challenge

The Summer Nuts event is part of The Nuts Challenge, an obstacle mud run held on a permanent assault course near Dorking in Surrey, close to London. The venue operates year-round on a single professionally maintained site and uses the local natural terrain.

The course combines trail running with mud and water sections and includes crawling, climbing, tunnels, walls and cargo nets. The event description mentions over 100 natural and man-made challenges and an army style assault course that is updated periodically with new layouts and obstacles.

The event supports multiple participation formats and settings. It is presented for individual runners, teams, charities and corporate days. The organiser’s materials refer to 5 km and 10 km race options as well as a 7 km assault course and the possibility of completing multiple laps.
