The Calderdale Way Relay is a six leg off road team race on 16 May 2027, starting at Clay House in West Vale and finishing at Spring Hall. Entries open online in December 2026 and are limited to 100 teams on a first come first served basis.

Trail runs from Sudeley Castle through Cotswold Way and Winchcombe Way with five routes from 7 km to 50 km across hills, woodland and ridge lines. The event features marked courses, outposts, timing and free parking.

A multi-stage event at Dare Valley Country Park where runners complete five Pure distances within 24 hours, with separate and combined results. Distances include 5k, 10k, 50k, half marathon and marathon.

A fully supported trail running event in May 2027 following the Heart of Wales Line Trail from Llandrindod Wells to Craven Arms, with three waymarked distances: 50 miles, 26 miles and 16 miles.

Three trail races (50, 26, 16 miles) follow the final sections of the Heart of Wales Line, finishing at the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre, with baggage transfer and varying checkpoint support by distance.

A backyard ultra at Stubbs Fields where runners complete a **4.167 mile** loop each hour until one person remains. Entries open 12 June 2026, minimum age 18 and an entry fee of £100.

A timed track endurance event at Woodbank Park offering 6, 12 or 24 hour options where runners complete as many 400 m laps as they can; all finishers receive a time and a medal.

June 2027

The DNF x FCF West Midlands Backyard Ultra will take place in Little Haywood on Friday 4 June 2027. You can run 4 miles.

A 24-hour trail challenge in Edale where runners complete as many 23.3 km loops (977 m ascent each) as possible. Entries limited to 50 with indoor transition, camping and a single log-cabin option; support, navigation notes and an eco-troph..

Five trail routes from 6 km to 55 km from Bakewell Showground through the Peak District, with varied moorland and gritstone terrain, on-course outposts, timing, parking and a finisher medal.

A 5 km muddy obstacle course through Graves Park woodland and fields, with start and finish by the animal farm. Organised by Cancer Research UK to raise funds for cancer research, the event includes timed wave starts and onsite parking.

Derby Pretty Muddy 5k is an obstacle course at Markeaton Park with climbing, crawling and sliding across mixed terrain. It is for participants aged 13 and over and includes a fundraising element, a kit pack and a finisher medal.

A backyard ultra at Breakheart Quarry where runners repeat a **6706 metre** loop every hour until one person remains; the event includes camping, marked trails and on course support in the Cotswold countryside.

A multi-distance trail event around the Cotswolds from a Cirencester basecamp on 12 to 13 June 2027. Distances range from 10 km to 100 km with staffed rest stops, GPS tracking, camping, medical support and finisher kit.

A June hill run held with the Wincle Fete, covering roughly 5 to 6.5 miles through the Dane Valley and Gradbach with river crossings. The exact route and host farm change each year.

A hilly six mile fell race on Friday 18 June 2027 starting in Stalybridge and running up to the Trigg point on Hobson Moor. It is the second event in The Tour and lists single event and Tour entry options.

A trail Half Marathon and 10k at Carsington Water in Derbyshire on 26 June 2027, featuring waterside and countryside routes. Entries include chip timing, photos and a themed medal, with marked trails, marshals and a GPX route file.

An 8 hour looped event at Lyme Park where runners cover as many 5 km laps as they can. The mixed terrain course features a single aid station, chip timed laps, a bag drop and a strict 8 hour cut off.

July 2027

A point to point half marathon along canal towpaths from Wolverhampton to Brindley Place in Birmingham, featuring a 360 metre tunnel, time trial wave starts and floating drink stations every 3 miles.

A 10 hour loop endurance race on Mynydd Troed with a technical 2.7 mile circuit and over 1000 ft of ascent per lap. Solo, pair and four person team entries are accepted; the route is fully marked with two clip stations and strict kit rules.
