Welsh Festival Of Running - 100 Mile Challenge (Individual & Team)

The 100 Mile Challenge is part of the inaugural Welsh Festival Of Running. The event is organised by Saturn Running and takes place at Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare, CF44 7PS.

Runners are given 34 hours to complete 100 miles on a looped course. The course length is 5 miles and a full 100 mile finish requires completing 20 laps. Competitors may choose to stop attempting the full distance and instead complete the timed 34 hour event.
