Trail Running calendar near Church Knowle 2026-2027

A 100 mile trail race from Goring and Streatley using Thames Path and Ridgeway in four 25 mile out and back legs. The course has 16 aid stations, a 28 hour cut off and mandatory qualifying entry standards.

Roughly 12K trail run on bridle paths and the Imber Range near the Westbury White Horse on 18 October 2026. Limited to 200 places so book early for a bespoke finisher medal and category prizes.

A multi terrain trail event in Stockland, East Devon on 18 October 2026 offering 10 km, 5 km and 3 km routes across fields, lanes and river crossings, with village hall HQ and on site refreshments.

Keynsham Dandy is an off road 12.5 mile race in October organised by Town and Country Harriers with race HQ at The New Inn in Keynsham. The route includes the revived Compton Dando section which crosses a stream.

Wight Lines is a mixed-terrain coastal run at Milford on Sea with views of the Isle of Wight and Sturt Pond Nature Reserve. Runners choose distances from 5K to ultra, complete 5.3 km laps, and receive a medal for one lap or more.

Mendip Muddle is a 20 km multi terrain fell race in Somerset with about 420 m of climbing. Headquarters are at Charter House Outdoor Activity Centre; on course water and first aid are provided and prizes are awarded by category.

Routes along the Grand Western Canal in Tiverton include Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k options on hard packed gravel towpaths. The event is cupless so runners must carry their own water and finishers receive a bespoke medal.

Day one of a two day mountain marathon at Westermill Farm, Exford, featuring a 40 km course with 1800 m of climb. Teams of two must pre-enter and the entry fee covers both race days and campsite.

A 10 mile off-road trail run in Stonehouse on 1 November 2026, starting with an uphill mile on Horsemarling Lane and continuing over undulating, muddy trails. Canicross runners are welcome and a 2 hour 30 minute cutoff applies.

A seven mile trail race around The Blue Pool in Dorset, part of the Purbeck Trail Series final on 7 November 2026. The route uses woodland, hills and heath and includes canicross options with limited places.
