Event overview

The Portsmouth/Langstone Coastal Half Marathons take place over a weekend on 7 and 8 February 2026. The two linked events are organised by Believe and Achieve Events Ltd and carry an entry cost range of £35 to £80. Rebellion Marketing is the headline sponsor for 2026.

Routes and format

  • Half marathon - Langstone Harbour Half, starting on Hayling Island with an optional ferry crossing and finishing at Eastney Point.
  • Half marathon - Portsmouth Coastal Half, start and finish outside the D-Day Story Museum in Southsea, running along the east side of Portsea Island.

The weekend can be entered as a single race or as both events. Runners who complete both half marathons receive a limited edition bonus "Double Trouble" medal. The Langstone course includes harbour trails and coastal views, while the Portsmouth course follows urban coastal promenades and seafronts.
