The event takes place over two days on 7 and 8 February 2026 in the Portsmouth area. It is organised by Believe and Achieve Events Ltd and sponsored by Rebellion Marketing. Entry fees are listed from £35 to £80. The listed venue is Southsea Castle, Clarence Esplanade, Portsmouth, PO5 3PG.

Course and extras

The weekend features two separate half marathons on coastal and harbour terrain. Day one is the Langstone Harbour Half, starting on Hayling Island with an optional ferry crossing to the mainland and a finish at Eastney Point. Day two is the Portsmouth Coastal Half, with the start and finish outside the D-Day Story Museum in Southsea and a route along the east side of Portsea Island that includes promenades and seafront sections. The Langstone course mentions muddy trails and sea views; the Portsmouth course mentions flat promenades and potential windy conditions. A bonus "Double Trouble" medal is awarded to participants who complete both half marathons.

Night orienteering in Brockenhurst: a 60 minute score event in the New Forest. Visit as many controls as you can for points using SIAC timing and waterproof maps, and bring high visibility clothing and lights for after dark navigation.

Join a magical evening run through parkland past the illuminated Cowdray Ruins at the Cowdray Winter Night Run. Head torches are mandatory and there are 5 km and 10 km distances plus dog friendly canicross and kids races.

Explore the New Forest with Wessex Orienteering from Bolderwood Car Park, tackling technical woodland courses from a challenging Blue to a 60 minute Score challenge. Entry and parking are limited so book early and car share if you can.

Experience a magical night trail run through the atmospheric Cowdray Estate, passing the iconic ruins under the stars. Choose kids and adult distances from 3 km to 10 km for a fun evening in the Run the Seasons Winter series.
