Portsmouth Coastal Waterside Marathon Events 2026
The Portsmouth Coastal Waterside Marathon Events take place on 20 December 2026 in Southsea, Portsmouth, with the start and finish at S Parade, PO4 0SW. The weekend focuses on festive running along coastal routes that organisers describe as super-flat and multi-terrain, with sections around Langstone Harbour that may be muddy in places.

Final course maps will be released in November 2026 once routes are confirmed with the Coastal Sea Defence team. The event includes fully stocked aid stations, volunteer and spectator support, and event medals at the finish. Merchandise is available to pre-order through the event’s official merchandise partner Scimitar Sports; items include technical running kit and keepsakes. Pre-ordering is presented as a way to guarantee sizing and to collect items at or around race weekend. Merchandise is optional and sold separately from entry.
The event is organised by Believe and Achieve Events Ltd and is presented as a winter running event that highlights Portsmouth’s waterfront.
