Trail Running calendar near Church Knowle 2026-2027

A winter 2026/27 night trail series in Somerset featuring four events with 5 km and 10 km options. Entries are available per race or as a full series and finishers can pre-order a bespoke wooden medal.

Trail races at Westerlands near Graffham: a 50 km Ultra linking five long distance trails and a 13 mile Half on three trails, with SportIdent timing, aid stations, mandatory kit and a wooden eco-medal for finishers.

Trail running from Roundhill Campsite in the New Forest near Brockenhurst with 21.6 km, 16.7 km and 10.0 km options on wide gravel paths through woodland and heathland, with on-course drinks, chip timing and finisher medals.

A 10 mile cross country race around Castle Drogo on 15 November 2026, featuring 535 m of climb, muddy hilly terrain and water stations at Fingle Bridge and the finish. The event follows FRA rules and does not permit dogs or headphones.

MoRunning at Southampton Common offers chip timed 1.5k, 5k, 10k and a half marathon with medals, finisher headbands and on-site race facilities. The course mixes paths, trails and grass and is dog friendly and buggy usable.

A family friendly MoRunning event at Ashton Court Park with 1.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon options, chip timing, medals and fundraising in support of Movember.

An evening trail run from Corfe Castle on 20 November 2026 with three distances (15 km, 11 km and 5 km), muddy singletrack, ridge views across Purbeck and one outpost on the long route; headphones are not permitted.

A six hour timed event at Dartington Hall with repeat 5 km laps and a canicross option. Mixed terrain, on-site catering and chip timing; proceeds support a new playground.

An underground marathon at UCAP BUNKER near Portsmouth on 21 November 2026. The multi lapped route runs through low tunnels, has a six and a half hour cut off, and requires a headtorch and cycle helmet.

A night-time trail run at Moors Valley Country Park with looped 10 km laps and options of 10 km, 20 km or 30 km; the course is fully marked and a headtorch is mandatory.

Brutal at Spider Hill in Long Valley offers 5 km and 10 km courses across mud, marshes and climbs, passing Alligator Swamp, Swan Lake, Muddy Mile and Duck Pond. Entries close 19th November.

A scenic off-road 10 mile trail race in the New Forest hosted by Totton Running Club, with medals, water stations and age-category trophies. Entries close 19/11/2026 and the field is limited to 301 runners.

A guided 10 km trail run around the Devil's Punchbowl in Hindhead, Surrey, with sunset and night options. Group paced running, headtorch support for night runs, kit provision and an optional alcohol free beer at the finish.

An eight hour timed road event near Littleham with 5.3 km out-and-back laps on tarmac, flexible start under the TUGG system, limited to 75 entrants and featuring a mixed-batch medal allocation.

An 8 hour timed road event on Sunday 29 November 2026 near Exmouth with **5.3k** laps on tarmac along a former railway. Entrants aged 18 and over can complete up to 14 laps and receive a medal from a mixed selection.

A guided group ultra run starting and finishing in Haslemere that follows parts of the Serpent Trail and Sussex Border Path, crossing heathland, woodland and fields with a midrun refreshment stop and optional trail shoe testing.
