Event overview
The Jurassic Express Trail Run takes place on Saturday 14th March 2026 in Swanage, Dorset. The route starts on Swanage seafront and passes coastal and castle landmarks including Old Harry Rocks, Studland, and Corfe Castle. The finish is at the ruins of Corfe Castle, after which participants may return to Swanage on a private steam train. Spectators are welcome and can purchase train tickets with a booking or on the day.

Practical information
Entries include chip timing, a bib number, a finisher medal, finisher goodies, personalised certificate, water stations, encouraging marshals, and first aid. The course will be signed with pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions will be marked with caution signs. The event is plastic free at water stations, so participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. There is no on-site parking; public car parks are located nearby. Dogs are not allowed.
