Wight Riot

Wight Riot is a mixed-terrain running event at Hordle Cliff West, Cliff Rd, Milford on Sea, SO41 0NT on 8 March 2026. The route follows the coastal path and passes Sturt Pond Nature Reserve, with views of the Isle of Wight. Participants may choose distances from 5K up to ultra-marathon. All finishers of one lap or more receive a medal. The event is organised by Long Player Running and holds TRA Licence Number 7399.

Facilities and entry

Number pick-up is on the day at race registration before starting. An aid and drinks table is available at the start/finish of each lap, with savoury and sweet items. There is an area to leave personal items; no plastic cups are provided. Public toilets are available at the start/finish area and along the route. Final instructions will be sent by email before the event. Entry fees are shown between £37.50 and £39.50. The event is open to entrants aged 18 and over on 8 March 2026; UK Athletics distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under.
