Event Overview
Wight Riot is a mixed terrain running event held on the coastal path at Milford on Sea. The course follows an out and back route along the coast, offering views of the Isle of Wight and passing through the Sturt Pond Nature Reserve. The event is centered at Hurst Road in Lymington.

An aid station is located at the start and finish of each lap, providing a selection of sweet and savoury items alongside drinks. This is a cupless event, and runners must bring their own reusable bottles or cups. A designated area is available for participants to leave personal belongings.
Public toilets are situated at the start and finish area as well as along the running route. Race numbers are collected on the day of the event at the registration desk.
