Wight Riot - Milford on Sea

Wight Riot is a mixed-terrain, out-and-back running event held on the coastal path at Milford on Sea. The course takes in coastal scenery with views of the Isle of Wight and passes Sturt Pond Nature Reserve. Laps measure 5.3 km (3.28 miles) each; participants may choose their total distance by completing one or more laps.

Race administration and rules are handled by the organiser Long Player Running under TRA licence number 7399. Number pick-up takes place on the day at race registration. As per UK Athletics rules, distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under. All finishers who complete at least one lap receive a medal.

On-course and venue facilities include an aid and drinks table at the start/finish of each lap with a selection of savoury and sweet items, and an area to leave personal items. No plastic cups are provided. Public toilets are available at the start/finish area and along the route. Paid parking is available at the start/finish.
