Course, services and practical information

Routes start and finish inside Queen Elizabeth Country Park and use hard-packed off-road trails. Sections of the course run through Head Down, the South Downs Way, the Milky Way, and War Down, with tree-lined gravel tracks and ancient woodland. The course will be signed using pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions will be marked with "Caution" signs.

Entry includes a bib number, chip timing, water stations, first aid, a finishers medal, finisher goodies, a drink, encouraging marshals, and a personalised certificate. The event is plastic free at water stations, so participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. Parking at the venue is charged at £3 per car.
