Queen Elizabeth Country Park Trail Run (QECP)

Queen Elizabeth Country Park Trail Run takes place at Queen Elizabeth Country Park on the South Downs in Hampshire. The park is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and lies on the A3 south of Petersfield. The event starts and finishes in the park and follows the park's hard packed off road trail network.

The routes lead out of the park into ancient woodland at Head Down and join the South Downs Way. Both routes return to the park via the local trail called the Milky Way. Within the park all three routes combine to explore War Down, which features weatherproof, tree lined gravel tracks and open views across the downs.

The organiser offers three route lengths and actively encourages new runners regardless of experience or ability. At the finish, participants receive a medal, a refreshing drink, and other finisher goodies. The course covers multiple terrains including hard packed tracks, gravel runs, and woodland trails, giving runners varied surfaces and views throughout the route.
