The event is a 5 mile circular trail run around Bembridge, Isle of Wight, starting and finishing at the Community Centre. The undulating route passes through Bembridge Marshes, Centurions Copse and Peacock Hill, returning along the Coastal Path.

Entries are limited to 180 participants and the minimum age is 14 years. Entries close on 25/07/2026 and the entry fee is £16.00. The organiser’s terms state that refunds, deferrals and transfers are not permitted. For safety, headphones are not allowed and dogs may not run in the event.
