The event is a 5 mile trail run held on Sunday 26 July 2026. The course is a circular route that starts and finishes at the Community Centre and passes through Bembridge Marshes, Centurions Copse and Peacock Hill before returning along the Coastal Path. The terrain is described as undulating.

Entry is limited to a maximum of 180 competitors. The minimum age for entrants is 14 years. Entries close on 25 July 2026 and the entry fee is £16.00. Refunds, deferrals and transfers are not permitted.

Race awards include trophies in the Seniors, V40 and V55 categories. All finishers receive a medal. For safety, dogs are not permitted to run in the event and the organiser’s terms state that headphones are not allowed.
