A lap-based ultra in Bridgend, South Wales, on a 10-mile loop offering 50-mile (5 laps) and 100-mile (10 laps) options with aid stations, crew access, and set time limits.

A single loop 50 mile race through the Chiltern Hills with 5600 feet of climb, five stocked aid stations, medical support and a 13 hour cut off, starting and finishing at Goring on Thames.
