Event overview

The Creepy Crawl takes place on 21 October 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The event offers a choice of 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon, or Ultra distances and has a 7-hour time limit to complete the chosen distance. The course is off-road, contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and is described as very tough. Each lap measures 2.5 km; the 5k distance is two laps. The route includes a hill on each lap and a series of up and downs that pass through two vineyards. The event is suitable for walkers and runners.

Entries, virtual option and medals

Entry options include in-person race places and virtual participation. Standard fees listed are: Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. Virtual entries can receive a personalised virtual bib by email; international postage for physical medals incurs an additional cost. A free virtual option exists via the organiser’s Strava club; free virtual participants are recorded on results but do not receive a medal. Paid virtual entries are verified by submitted run proof and, once confirmed, mailed the same type of medal used for on-site finishers. A charity entry option is available for a reduced £10 fee subject to a fundraising commitment and timing conditions.
