The Creepy Crawl is an offroad running event held within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose one target distance from the options below and must complete that distance within a 7-hour time limit. Each lap is 2.5 km; the 5k option is two laps. The course includes a hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is open to both walkers and runners.

Entry, virtual options and rules

Entry fees: Race entry £29.00; Virtual UK entry £25.00; Virtual overseas entry £39.00. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. A deferral option to the next year is available for £15 up to four weeks before the event. A charity entry option is available for a reduced £10 fee when the entrant commits to raising at least twice the entry fee amount for the organiser’s nominated charity, with funds raised at least four weeks before the event.

Virtual participation is permitted from anywhere; paid virtual entrants receive the same type of medal as race entrants (medal colours may be green or orange depending on availability). A free virtual option records results but does not include a medal. Personal cancellation insurance is available through Event Protect Limited.
