The Creepy Crawl is a Halloween series race held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (What3words: physical.growth.shelf) on 21 October 2026. Entrants choose one target distance: 5k (2 laps), 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra. Each lap measures 2.5 km, and participants have a 7-hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad, runs entirely within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and includes a hill on each lap plus a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners.

Entry, medals and rules

Race bibs are collected at on-site registration. Virtual bibs are emailed after entry and may take a day or two to arrive. Paid virtual entries receive the same type of medal as race finishers; medal colours (green or orange) depend on availability. A free virtual option is available without a medal and entrants can be recorded on the results list via the organiser’s Strava group. Entry fees listed are: Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. All fees and payments are non refundable. There is a charity entry option for £10.00 requiring entrants to raise at least twice the entry fee value and to raise funds at least four weeks before the event. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. A personal cancellation insurance policy is offered at booking. Deferral to the next year is possible for £15 up to four weeks before the event.
