The Creepy Crawl

The Creepy Crawl is an event in a Halloween race series held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants select one of several distances and must complete their chosen distance within a seven hour time limit.

The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. Each lap measures 2.5 km. The route includes a hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs that pass through two vineyards. The organisers describe the course as very tough. The event is open to walkers and runners.

A virtual option allows participants to complete the event anywhere in the world, with date flexibility around the event days. Paid virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email and, once their run is verified, a medal posted to them; international postage incurs an extra cost. There is also a free virtual participation route via the organiser’s Strava club; free entries are recorded on results lists but do not receive medals.

Entry fees listed by the organiser include a standard race entry and separate virtual UK and overseas rates. All deposits and payments are non refundable. A charity option offers a reduced entry fee in return for committing to raise a specified minimum sponsorship amount. A 40-mile point-to-point run along the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal from Malpas to Brecon Basin on 25 April 2026, with three supported checkpoints, a 15-hour limit, and required safety kit for towpath conditions.

A 13 mile offroad race across the Malvern Hills on Saturday 25 April 2026, running from the Elim Arts Centre over ridgelines and through woodlands. The event includes timed entry, feed stations, staffed checkpoints and route maps.

A community 10 km race in the Frome Valley starting and finishing at Elm Park Primary School in Winterbourne, with a varied terrain course on road and trails. Proceeds support Elm Park Primary School.

A muddy trail run at Eastnor Castle on 26 April 2026 with 3km, 6km and 10km options, natural obstacles and marked, marshalled routes. Camping, basic facilities and event medals available; group discounts apply.
