The Creepy Crawl

The Creepy Crawl is a Halloween series event held at Pengethley Manor in Ross on Wye with a virtual option for participants anywhere in the world. Entrants choose their target distance and must complete it within a seven hour time limit.

Distances available include:

• 5k (2 laps)
• 10k
• Half Marathon
• Marathon
• Ultra

The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. Each lap measures 2.5k and the route includes a hill that is run on every lap plus a sequence of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is described as very tough and is open to walkers and runners.

Race and virtual entries receive the same medal design themed around Halloween motifs, with medals supplied in green or orange depending on availability. Race bibs are collected at registration and virtual entrants are emailed a personalised virtual bib before the event. Virtual participation can be recorded for free via the organiser Strava club without medal entitlement; paid virtual entries receive medals which may incur additional postage for overseas delivery.

Entry fees are non refundable. A reduced charity entry option is available for £10 subject to a minimum fundraising commitment equal to twice the entry fee, with funds required four weeks before the event.
