Brecon Beacons Trails : Talybont-on-Usk, 8 August 2026
This trail event takes place in Talybont-on-Usk and offers two measured route options through the Brecon Beacons. Distances provided are:
- 51K trail route across the Brecon Beacons
- 24K trail route across the Brecon Beacons
The event includes chip-timed results, a unique themed medal, free race photos and post-race goodies. There is an event village with food and drink options and complimentary items from partners at the finish area. A discounted event t-shirt is available as part of the entry purchase through the organiser's kit partner.
All routes are waymarked using trail flags and tags, supplemented by A5 arrows and signage. Marshals will be positioned at major junctions and aid stations will be stocked. Organisers supply a GPX file so participants can check the route and self-navigate or course correct if needed. The organisers note that trail routes can be affected by weather, other users and wildlife.
