The Zombie Shuffle

The Zombie Shuffle is part of a Halloween race series. Participants select a target distance and must complete it within seven hours. The event is open to walkers and runners and requires entrants to be aged 18 or over.

The route is off road and takes place within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. Each lap is 2.5k and the course includes a hill on every lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The organiser describes the course as very tough.

Entries can be taken as an onsite race or as a virtual entry completed anywhere. Paid virtual entrants receive the same type of medal as race finishers; medals may be supplied in green or orange depending on availability. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email. A free virtual option is available where the result is recorded but no medal is issued.

Entry fees are charged and all fees are non refundable. Standard fees listed include race entry at £29.00, virtual UK entry at £25.00 and virtual overseas entry at £39.00. A charity entry option is available for a reduced fee of £10.00 provided the entrant commits to raising a minimum sponsorship amount and meets the organiser’s conditions. A 10 hour loop race on Mynydd Troed with steep climbs, technical descents and marked clip stations. Open to solo runners, pairs and teams of four, with mandatory kit and a strict 10 hour cutoff.

A Welsh trail event offering a 100-mile loop from Abergavenny and a 100 km route from Talgarth to Abergavenny, both following Offa’s Dyke, Cambrian Way and Beacons Way across mountain terrain.

A 10 km trail run at Symonds Yat in the Forest of Dean with undulating terrain and views of the River Wye. The final 1 km includes a large climb to the finish. Coffee and hot food are available at the start and finish.

A multi-distance trail event in the Cotswolds on 10th May 2026, featuring quarter, half, marathon and Ultra 40 routes across trails, towpaths and commons with marked routes, checkpoints and on-course water.
