An urban to trail 8 mile loop from Bournemouth Square through Meyrick Park, fully signed with a midcourse aid station and modest elevation. A 10 week social training programme run by Sole Clinic supports runners preparing for the event.

An early evening trail run at Newnham Park near Plymouth with 8 mile two lap and 4 mile one lap courses; canicross options are available and proceeds support Bowel Cancer West.

Point-to-point ultras along the Cambrian Way into Cardiff, offered as 44- and 33-mile options with self-navigation, live tracking, indoor aid stations, and on-route support.

Trail races at Wimbleball Lake on 29 August 2026 with 10K and 5K courses plus canicross options; off-road routes, lake views, camping and race-day facilities are available.

A timed backyard ultra in Devon and Cornwall where runners complete repeated hourly laps of 4.167 miles until one remains. Camping and basic accessibility facilities are included and entry fees support Bowel Cancer West.

An 8 hour timed event on 29 August 2026 at Bridestowe with laps of 5.3 km on a scenic former train line. Flexible arrival and multiple laps are allowed within the event window; finishers who complete a lap can collect a medal.

An eight hour timed event in Bridestowe with a TUGG start system and 5.3 km laps on a scenic disused railway route. Participants may complete multiple laps within the time limit and finishers receive a medal.

A guided 13 mile run from Newbridge Car Park across Dartmoor, visiting Bronze Age and medieval field systems, tors, and valley sections. The route has about 680 m ascent and requires trail shoes and half marathon fitness.

An eight hour timed loop event in Bridestowe on an out and back 5.3 km route along an old disused train line, with flexible start under a Turn Up Get Going system. Entry is limited to 70 and entrants must be at least 18 years old.

A 7 km fell race with 365 m of ascent in Machen on 31 August 2026. The route runs on steep, loose terrain so trail or fell shoes are recommended and entry is on the day with a £7 fee and age limit over 18.

September 2026

A coastal festival near Hope Cove, Devon combining trail races from 5k to ultra with swim runs, a sea swim, camping, family activities, forest school and evening music.

A **30 mile** ultra run from Studland Bay around the Isle of Purbeck with about 4600 ft elevation. The guided coastal route uses the Purbeck Way and South West Coast Path and passes Corfe Castle, Kimmeridge Bay, Swanage and Old Harry Rocks.

A new *15 mile* trail event in September 2026 on the Rhymney Valley Ridgeway Walk, with 2,267 ft of ascent, mostly off-road terrain, one fully stocked checkpoint and organised entry support from Rudry to Parc Penalta.

An off-road Dartmoor challenge offering a 50 km Okehampton to Ivybridge route and a 30 km option from Postbridge, run across open moorland with staffed checkpoints and Mountain Leader support.
