The route runs along the coast path of the Bristol Channel, past Black Nore Lighthouse and through Redcliffe Bay with water views toward Wales. Runners tackle a gently undulating course with a midway steep climb, a descent, and a final sharp ascent to the golf course before finishing on the esplanade. The event offers marshalled sections, a water station, a unique finisher’s medal, medical support, prizes for the top three, and a capped field of 350.
