Course Information

The out-and-back course follows the Wray Valley Trail through the Parke Estate and along the River Bovey. Each lap is 5.3 km (3.28 miles). The terrain is an off-road, riverside footpath with 31 meters of elevation gain per lap, making it a flat course. Participants can run from a minimum of one lap (3.28 miles) up to an ultra marathon distance within the 7-hour time limit. There is no on-the-day entry, and places are limited to 50 runners.

The event uses a flexible 'rock up and run' start time. Participants do not need to decide their final distance in advance. All finishers receive a medal.
