Race on the Chase is a popular trail running event held at Salisbury Racecourse, just 3 miles from Salisbury city centre. Celebrating its seventh anniversary in 2025, the race offers marathon, half marathon, and 10k distances, all featuring undulating downland terrain along ancient droves, grassy field margins, woodland paths, and the Martin Down Nature Reserve. The course showcases stunning countryside views and rich history, including Bronze Age burial mounds, Roman villas, and Iron Age earthworks.
