About the race

The Sibelco Templer Ten takes place on Sunday 4th October 2026 at Stover School, Newton Abbot. It is a multi terrain 10 mile race that starts and finishes within the school grounds. The course is about 90 percent off road and passes through Stover Country Park and the fields at Teigngrace.

The main race has a 325 entrant limit and has sold out in four of the previous eight years. All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Race HQ at Stover School provides toilets, changing rooms, showers, baggage store and free parking. On site facilities include a public address system, free race photos, refreshments including hot and cold drinks, Trotter cakes and a barbecue.

Prizes are awarded for first, second and third male and female, age category winners including MV40 to MV70 and FV40 to FV70, plus first male and female teams with four to count and a prize for the club with the most entries.

The 1 mile Fun Run is a measured, spectator friendly course with bespoke medals and prizes for first male and female in U6, U9, U12 and U15. Advance fun run entry is £3.50 and on the day entry is £5.00. Children under four should be accompanied and pushchairs are not permitted. Race numbers can be collected at Race HQ and number transfers are accepted only on race day with a £3 administration charge. Dogs are not allowed on site.
