Quantock Hills Half Marathon

The Quantock Hills Half Marathon takes place on trails in the Quantock Hills in England, using a course arranged with the Quantocks AONB service, Natural England, and The National Trust.

Course details and features

The half marathon route includes technical trails through forests, quiet country lanes, and open moorland. It takes on challenging hills. Terrain includes uneven ground, stiles, gates, and stream crossings. The course has two fully stocked feed stations, plentiful signage, and marshals along the route.

The event is a UTMB index event. Medals are given to all finishers. Awards are given to the top three male and female runners. The event is based at Kilve Court - SSE Outdoors in Kilve, Somerset. Optional weekend accommodation includes camping, van parking, and basic bunkhouses. An Exmoor Pizza pod serves food on the Saturday evening, and there is a fire pit if weather allows.
