A pancake-flat *10 km* out and back along the Brecon and Monmouthshire canal between Gilwern and Llangattock, set in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Finishers receive a medal, there is a drink station at 5 km, and entries are online only.

A flagged and marshalled BS fell race from Uppermill with a 10 km course and 400 m of climb, entry via SiEntries and a post race chip butty included in the fee.

The Stopsley Trail Race on Sunday 9 August 2026 offers 5K, 5 miles and 10 miles on scenic undulating trails along the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire border. Entries include chip timing, bespoke medals, free photos and participant goodies.

A six hour timed circuit event on farm fields at Thonock Lane Farm in Gainsborough. Runners complete 2.5 km laps with on-course drink and food stations and receive a themed medal and goody bag.

A multi-distance event in Bath that goes through historic railway tunnels and along the Kennet and Avon Canal. Distances range from family fun runs to 50 km, with tarmac sections, tunnels and on-course drink stations.

An informal, untimed 6-mile group run around Croome Park with a lake-and-bridge route, multi-terrain surface, post-run cake and tea, and proceeds donated to the National Trust.

A historic short fell race on 12 August 2026 centred at Buxworth Memorial Club. The course is 3.4 miles 5.5 km with 275 m of climb, entry is £10 and numbers are collected on the day.

A 4.4 km fell race from the Ragleth Inn in Little Stretton with 390 m of ascent, a clockwise course with three control points, on-the-day or pre-entry and junior up and down Callow Hill races; some proceeds go to charity.

An organised 7.3 km route around Darley Dale featuring forest trails, long climbs and technical descents, finishing across a field after a steep final ascent to Oker Trig Point.

A fell race at Cartworth Moor featuring two marked laps totalling 6 km with 370 m of ascent. Organised by Holmfirth Harriers with entries via SiEntries, age limit 18 or older, and prizes plus post race food and bar.

A relaunch of the village fell race in Flagg, Peak District, featuring a mainly off-road 5.5 miles route through fields, lanes and country roads. The course returns with a steady one and a half mile downhill back to the village.

Two trail ultramarathon options follow the Harborough Round around Market Harborough, with GPX files, multiple aid stations, TRA licensing and a comprehensive mandatory kit list for runners.

A hill and trail endurance event on Moel Famau with 12 and 24 hour options, run on a 5.8 km loop with about 400 m ascent per lap. Camping, feed stations, electronic timing and GPS tracking support solo runners, walkers and teams.

A mountain traverse near Pontypool covering 9.8 km with 291 m of climb. Entry is available on the day or online and there are separate junior races and team entries.

A guided 10 km trail run through the Chiltern Hills followed by a brewery tour and tasting at Tring Brewery. Groups are split by ability and participants should be able to run 5 km without stopping.

Special-edition Rat Race obstacle event at Forest Facility near Stamford, featuring a 4 mile loop with about 60 obstacles, family and teen options, and additional on-site activities. Proceeds support Project Jungle rainforest conservation.

Races in Bath that run under the city through the Devonshire and Combe Down tunnels, with options from fun runs to 50km and marked routes, on-course feed stations and event medals for finishers.

Obstacle course races at Badminton Park on 16 August 2026 offering Sprint 5 km, Super 10 km, Beast 21 km and a kids race across parkland and woodland.

A 10 km circular trail around Piethorne and Ogden reservoirs on 16 August 2026, using bridleways with an out and back to Hollingworth Lake. The course includes about 275 m of ascent and several twists and turns.

A fell race in Crowden on 16 August 2026 following the Pennine Way to Black Hill and Soldiers Lump. Online and on-the-day entry options are available, minimum age 18, limited parking and a GPX route is provided.
