The route runs through the former Somerset & Dorset Railway tunnels and alongside the Kennet & Avon Canal, then into central Bath past the Abbey and Pulteney Weir. The 5 km includes the 408 m Devonshire Tunnel into Lyncombe Vale and a turnaround near the Combe Down Tunnel. The 10 km is described as a flat, tarmac course with only a 2% gradient; the 50 km is run as five 10 km laps on a certified route and the marathon is run over two laps.

On-course and event facilities include finisher medals, prizes for top finishers, fresh fruit and treats, timed results, drink stations and first aid. There are onsite toilets, coffee and food vans and a bag drop; organisers provide bag transport for certain long-distance runners. Drink stations: none on the 5 km, one aid station for the 10 km, and 3–5 checkpoints on the half marathon offering water, electrolytes and snacks.

Hazelbury Hurrah! is a multi terrain running event in Corsham on 10 July 2026 with a main six mile course and a 2 km junior race. The race is Trail Running Association licensed and supports local charities.

Teams of three race from the Packhorse pub to a Midford cider farm and back over an off road route, collecting and carrying a full barrel. Fancy dress is compulsory and prizes include fastest teams and best costume.

A 10 km trail race around Stoke Park in Stapleton, Bristol, organised by Town and Country Harriers. The marked course has steep climbs and natural obstacles, entry is for those aged 18 and over, and half the proceeds go to a local charity.

Multi-distance runs along the Wye Valley Greenway, including a long lit tunnel section. Mostly flat routes on former railway track with feed stations, clear marking and event medals for 5 km or longer.
