Trail Running calendar near Allendale Town 2026-2027

A five mile out and back on the Pennine Way across Eshton Moor with undulating fields, a river crossing and a wooded loop near Calton. Races for juniors and seniors take place at Old Hall Farm, Gargrave.

Join this classic Keswick fell race in the Lake District on Wed 12 Aug 2026 for a lively 4.7 mile trail challenge with 280 m climb and a summit of Latrigg. On the day entries are welcome, fee £5 and runners must be 16 or older.

A 6.5 km circular hill race in Oldhamstocks with roughly 200 m of ascent, mostly on rough track with short tarmac sections. Race numbers are issued at the village hall and on the day entry is available for a cash fee.

Trail runs of 5, 10 and 15 miles across the private Lambton Estate in County Durham, with mixed terrain, live chip timing, canicross friendly rules and on-site parking.

A trail half marathon in Morland, Eden Valley, covering 13.6 miles of mixed off road terrain with about 1330 ft of ascent. The largely self navigated route has two checkpoints and a five hour cut off and welcomes runners and walkers.

Join the Keswick Sports Fell Race in the Lake District on Sun 16 Aug 2026 for a punchy 3 mile, 290 m climb course from Fitz Park Cricket Pavilion. Entry on the day and juniors welcome with big prizes for record breakers.
