Trail Running Calendar Wales 2026-2027

A 51 mile mountain and trail race in Southern Snowdonia with 2,898 m of ascent, six staffed checkpoints and mandatory GPS tracking. The 2026 Ultra Wales 50 starts and finishes at Coed-y-Brenin and is limited to 500 entrants.

Abergwyngregyn is a 7.2 km fell race near Bangor with 391 m of climb. It is the final event in the North Wales Mid Week Series and is insured by the WFRA.

Nant Gain is a 7.6 km fell race around Cilcain with 370 m of ascent, night registration at The White Horse Pub and a £3 entry on the night. Parking is limited so car sharing and use of the viewpoint car park are recommended.
