Trail Running calendar near Talgarth 2026-2027

Trail races on the private Merthyr Mawr Estate on the South Wales coast, with a 12K and a 40K route plus family races. Courses cover dunes, hills, valleys, a river crossing and sections of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast.

Ultra X Wales is a multi day trail race in the Brecon Beacons near Abergavenny offering six distances from 12 km to 110 km. Races include marked courses, medical support, checkpoints and camping options and some are UTMB Index categories.

A 7 hour time challenge at Dare Valley Country Park where runners choose distance from 3 km to 50 km. Finishers from 3 km receive a themed medal and longer distances earn pins.
