Event Overview

The Witches Whisk is part of a Halloween-themed race series. It takes place at Pengethley Manor in Ross-on-Wye.

Course Details

Participants choose their target distance: 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, or ultra. The time limit to complete the chosen distance is 7 hours. The event is open to walkers and runners.

The course is off-road, set within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. Each lap is 2.5 km in distance. The route includes a hill that is repeated on each lap, as well as a series of ups and downs through two vineyards.

Registration and Fees

Entry fees apply for the in-person event and for virtual participation where a medal is desired. A charity entry option is also available for a reduced fee, with a commitment to raise funds for a nominated charity.

The event can be completed virtually from any location. For virtual participation, entrants can join a specific Strava club and enter the event there for free to be listed in the results, or pay an entry fee to receive a medal.
