The Witches Whisk - Event details

The Witches Whisk is an offroad running event at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf) on 20 October 2025. Entrants choose a target distance and have a time limit of seven hours to complete it. Each lap on the course is 2.5 km. The route runs entirely within the manor grounds and includes a hill on each lap and a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Race entry fees are listed as: Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. All event fees are non-refundable. A charity entry option is available for a reduced £10.00 entry when the entrant commits to raising a minimum sponsorship amount; terms apply. Entries may be deferred to the next edition for a £15 fee up to four weeks before the event. Paid entrants collect a physical race bib at registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email and, after verification of their run, may receive a virtual medal. Free virtual participation is recorded on results but does not include a medal. Accommodation options are available through the organiser.
