The Halloween 7in7

The Halloween 7in7 is a seven-day running event held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. The event takes place over seven consecutive days; each day participants have seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad, contained within the manor grounds, and includes a hill on each lap plus a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. Each lap measures 2.5 km.

Participants choose their distance each day from the following options:

• 5k (two laps)
• 10k
• Half Marathon
• Marathon
• Ultra

The event is suitable for walkers and runners. Each day has a uniquely themed medal; completing all seven days awards seven different medals. The medal names are The Witches Whisk, The Scary Scamper, The Creepy Crawl, The Ghostly Gallop, The Petrified Pootle, The Spooky Sprint and The Zombie Shuffle. Race medals and virtual medals are the same type.

A virtual entry option is available so runs can be completed remotely and verified by submission of device evidence or via the organiser’s preferred Strava group. Race bibs are collected at registration on the day; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email before the event. Entry fees and deposits are non-refundable.
