Event format

The Halloween 7in7 takes place from 20th to 26th October 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The event runs over seven consecutive days. Each day allows a single timed attempt on a looped offroad course within the manor grounds; each lap is 2.5 km and participants have a 7-hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. The organiser states the course is offroad and very tough, with a hill and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners and is available as an in-person event or as a virtual option.

Entry, medals and practical information

Entry options include a full seven-day race entry and UK or international virtual entries. Published prices for all seven days are: Race Entry £195.00, UK Virtual Entry £155.00, International Virtual Entry £180.00. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. A charity entry option is available for a £10.00 fee with a sponsorship requirement and a nominated charity of Spinal Research. Race bibs are collected at registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email. Medals are unique for each day and are the same for race and virtual finishes; colours may vary between green or orange. Virtual runs are verified by submitted proof, such as a photo of a GPS device or by joining the organiser’s Strava group.
