The Halloween 7in7 is a multi-day running event held from 19th to 25th October 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. The challenge takes place over seven consecutive days. Each day starts at 10:00 and participants have seven hours to complete their chosen distance.

Distances and course

Participants choose their target distance each day. The options are:

  • 5k
  • 10k
  • Half Marathon
  • Marathon
  • Ultra

The course is off-road and is located entirely within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. Each lap is 2.5 km. The route includes a hill on every lap and passes through two vineyards.

Medals and participation

A unique themed medal is awarded for each day completed. The seven medals have Halloween-themed names. Participants can attempt to run all seven days or choose to run on a single day.

The event offers a virtual participation option. Virtual runners can complete their chosen distance anywhere during October and submit proof of their run.
