The Colour Run is an 800 m loop with four colour stations and clear signage; participants may walk, jog or run and can choose to complete one or two laps. Chip-timed results are provided for 5 km participants by a local timing team.

Race HQ is on the recreation ground near the start/finish area. Refreshments including tea, coffee, cake and hot dogs will be available to purchase. Toilets are in the pavilion. Parking at the venue is limited; walking, cycling or car sharing are recommended. Certificates will be given to all finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
