A 100 mile self-navigated ultramarathon along the Beacons Way in the Brecon Beacons with 6143 m ascent, 10 checkpoints, live GPS tracking and mandatory map-and-compass skills; entry requires prior ultramarathon and mountain experience.

A multi-distance running event along the River Severn on a disused railway between Ironbridge and Bridgnorth, offering distances from 9 miles to 37 miles with regular aid stations and riverside views.

Multi-distance trail running in the Brecon Beacons near Abergavenny on 25 to 26 July 2026, with routes from 12 km to 110 km and UTMB Index race status for key categories.

A Britney themed 7 hour Time Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park offering distances from 3 km up to ultra and 50 km. Aid tables, medals and goody bags are provided, with free parking, toilets and a cafe on site.

A basecamp event at Dunster on 25 July 2026 offering a 50 km loop with about 1600 m of climb plus 25 km and 10 km options, all supported with marquee rest stops, GPS tracking, catering, medical cover and camping.

Test your stamina at MacTuffX Birmingham through a series of timed interval repetitions. Choose between solo, doubles, or relay categories across ten sets of 400 or 800 meters in this high energy summer event.

A 9.3 km fell race near Cwm, Ebbw Vale with 549 m of climb on moorland and a partly waymarked anticlockwise loop. Basic navigation and mountain skills are useful; the event is part of the South Wales Series.

Trail runs around Pen Y Fan in South Wales on 26 July 2026, with 5 mile and 13 mile options. Entry includes a buff, medal and chip timing, and mandatory kit requirements vary by distance.

A 5k obstacle event at Central Forest Park, Stoke On Trent on 26 July 2026 where participants climb, crawl and slide around a mixed-surface course. Entry includes a fundraising pack, back sign, training support and a finishers medal.
