MacTuffX Swansea

MacTuffX Swansea, Neath Sports Centre : 26 September 2026

MacTuffX Swansea is a functional fitness racing event held at Neath Sports Centre (SA10 7BR) on 26 September 2026. Entrants must be at least 18 years old on the day. The format combines ten Xercises with running segments; weight prescriptions vary by gender and by LITE or standard divisions.

Available competition formats and prices:

• Solo X: 10 x Xercises and 10 x 400 m runs. Price £60.
• Solo 2X: 10 x Xercises and 10 x 800 m runs. Price £75.
• Doubles X: pair entry, 10 x 400 m runs and Xercises. Price £110 per team.
• Doubles 2X: pair entry, 10 x 800 m runs and Xercises. Price £130 per team.
• Relay X: team of five, 10 x 400 m runs and Xercises; each team member does two runs plus Xercises. Price £130 per team.
• Relay XX: team entry, 10 x 800 m runs and Xercises. Price £150 per team.

The event lists ten Xercises with specified repetitions and weight assignments. Examples include Alternating Snatch 80 reps (men 15 kg hexbell, ladies 9 kg), Kettlebell Deadlift 80 reps (men 32 kg, ladies 24 kg), and Zercher Carry 250 m (men 25 kg sandbag, ladies 15 kg). A LITE division is available with reduced weights while competing alongside standard divisions.
