Rabbit Run Wales

Rabbit Run Wales stages a series of trail races on the private grounds of the Merthyr Mawr Estate, located on the South Wales coast within the Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve. The courses use estate trails and coastal paths and pass dunes, hills, valleys and a river crossing.

The event highlights a local sand dune known as the Big Dipper, described as the highest sand dune in Wales. The 12K race follows trails with varied terrain, while a new 40K route expands on the 12K course to include a tour of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast with cliffs and secluded coves. The event is delivered in partnership by the Merthyr Mawr Estate and Run 4 Wales.

The Rabbit Run also includes a selection of family races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
