Rabbit Run Wales is a trail running event set on the private grounds of the Merthyr Mawr Estate along the South Wales coast. It features stunning 12K (7.5 miles) and new 40K (approximately 25 miles) races, as well as junior races including 2K, 4K, and a toddler dash. The courses traverse beautiful trails, hills, valleys, a river crossing, and include a unique experience running down the Big Dipper, the highest sand dune in Wales. The 40K race extends to the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, showcasing dramatic cliffs, secluded coves, and breathtaking views.
