Rabbit Run Wales : event overview

Rabbit Run Wales is a series of trail races held on the private grounds of the Merthyr Mawr Estate, on the South Wales coast. The route area includes parts of the Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve. The event is delivered in partnership by the Merthyr Mawr Estate and Run 4 Wales (R4W). Course features mentioned for the routes include trails, hills, valleys, a river crossing and a run down the Big Dipper, described as the highest sand dune in Wales. The longer route also visits the Glamorgan Heritage Coast and passes coastal landscapes, cliffs and secluded coves.
