Phoenix Running South Wales Butterfly Run

The event is organised by Phoenix Running South Wales at the Rock UK Summit Centre near Trelewis, Merthyr Tydfil, and uses a 5.3 km, 3.28 mile out and back lap through Parc Taf Bargoed. The course is multi terrain, with the majority on tarmac paths and about 0.5 miles on a riverside trail. Each lap has approximately 37 m elevation gain and loss.
