Phoenix Running South Wales is staging the Butterfly Run on Saturday 11 July 2026 at Rock UK Summit Centre, Parc Taf Bargoed, Trelewis, Merthyr Tydfil, CF46 6RD. Trail runs nearby

Trail races based in Brecon with circular routes through Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Options are 100 km, 75 km and marathon distances with marked junctions, multiple checkpoints, a compulsory kit list and GPS route files.
