Cosmeston Relays

The Cosmeston Relays is a chip timed baton relay held at Cosmeston Lakes Country Park in the Vale of Glamorgan. The event was named Welsh Athletics Run Wales Event of the Year 2025.

Teams of three compete over a circuit of about 3 mile per runner on an undulating course. The race accepts up to 250 teams across 12 prize categories. Prizes are awarded to the first placed team in each category.
