Trail Running Calendar South West (England) 2026-2027

A trail event at Wenchford Picnic Site with seven hills over seven miles or the double 14-mile Immortal Sinner; forest trails may be muddy or icy and canicross waves are available.

A twilight trail run in Hurn Forest with 5 or 10 mile out and back routes. Torches are required, 20% of entry fees go to Forestry England, and basic on-site facilities include an aid station and toilets.

A night race at Westonbirt National Arboretum on 6 February 2027, with scenic routes through tree collections and firm trail-like surfaces. Distances include 5 km and 10 km; tickets are currently sold out.

A two-day Exeter event with a two-lap 13.1 miles half marathon and a 5 miles Riverside run along the Quayside and Riverside Valley Park. Charity places carry minimum fundraising pledges and finishers receive a bespoke medal.

Two Tunnels in Bath on 21 February 2027 offers many distances and runs through two long restored, lit and surfaced railway tunnels under the city, with start and finish at Brickfields Park and a charity contribution to Sustrans.
