Cornwall Pretty Muddy 5k

Cornwall Pretty Muddy is a 5k obstacle event held at Stithians Showground in Cornwall. The course starts and finishes on grass and runs over a mixture of gravel paths and grassy showground terrain. Participants will climb, crawl and slide around the obstacle course at their own pace. Waves are staggered at 15 minute intervals and marshals are available on course to assist where needed.

Participants must be at least 13 years old. The event has a stated minimum fundraising target of £50. Earlybird ticket prices listed are £11.24 for adults and £6.00 for children.

The venue provides free event parking in a large field at the entrance from Tubbon Hill, with blue badge parking available on grass approximately 100 metres from the event site. The 36 bus stops outside the showground entrance and the nearest train station is Perranwell, about 4.2 miles away. There are no electric charging points, no bike racks and no showers on site.

Facilities on site include toilets and refreshments. Dogs are not allowed, bag drop is not available and the site is not suitable for pushchairs. Due to the nature of the course this event is not wheelchair accessible; the start and finish areas are on grass that may be uneven and can become soft or muddy in wet weather.

When participants register they receive event information, a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training materials and a Race for Life finishers medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
