Race for Life Pretty Muddy Cornwall, Stithians Showground

Pretty Muddy is a 5 km obstacle course held at Stithians Showground in Cornwall. Participants climb, crawl and slide around a course that uses a mixture of gravel paths and grassy showground terrain. The start and finish are on grass.

The event is for people aged 13 years and over; a separate Pretty Muddy Kids programme exists for children aged 12 and under. Course marshals are available and participants may skip obstacles if needed.

The meeting point is opposite the stone entrance to the main showground and the finish is opposite the toilets on the main showground. Free parking is provided on grass within the showground event parking area, with drop off access and blue badge parking available near the front of the event parking. There are very few public transport links; the number 36 bus stops outside the showground and the nearest train station is Perranwell, about 4.2 miles away. There are no electric charging points and no cycle parking.

Available facilities listed for the event include refreshments and toilets. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Dogs are not allowed, and bag drop and showers are not available.

Participants receive event support materials and items that include a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and support resources, access to the event community, and a Race for Life medal on completion. The listing shows adult and child entry fees and a minimum fundraising target. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
