Gecko Gathering - Scorrier House 2026
Gecko Gathering takes place at Scorrier House, TR16 5AU, Redruth, Cornwall on 23 August 2026. The event is held on the private estate at Scorrier House and is organised by Purple Gecko Events.

- 5 km timed event
- 10 km timed event
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles) timed event
- Scorriergeddon five hour endurance event
The event uses timing via ST App Service and will not use chip timing. There is no cut off time for the standard distances. Personalised bibs are provided, a medal is issued to every competitor, and awards are given to top finishers. Free race photography is available.
Additional on-site features include a bar, a DJ, food vendors including Smashed Tomato Pizza and Kim's Cakes & Bakes, ice cream, face painting and inflatable axe throwing. Scorriergeddon awards points for completing laps and includes inflatable axe throwing at the end of each lap.
This event is Stage 6 of the PGE 2026 5k and 10k Championship Series; the top 20 male and top 20 female finishers in those distances receive championship series points. Registration closes 15 August 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
