Gecko Gathering returns to Scorrier House, Redruth TR16 5AU, on 23 August 2026. The event takes place across the private estate with routes that run through fields and along trails. It is organised by Purple Gecko Events and is listed as Stage 6 of the PGE 2026 5k & 10k Championship Series.

Standard distances are timed using the ST App Service; there will be no chip timing. There is no cut off time for the standard distances. All competitors receive medals; personalised bibs are offered if entrants register at least one week before the event. Awards are given to top finishers and free race photography is provided. Water points and medical cover will be available.

The event village includes a DJ, a licensed bar, food and drink vendors (examples listed include Smashed Tomato Pizza and Kim’s Cakes & Bakes), family activities such as face painting and inflatable axe throwing, and other spectator entertainment.
