Roadford Lake Trail Races
The event is a series of off-road trail races held at Roadford Lake, Broadwoodwidger, Lifton, PL16 0RL. The programme includes adult and kids races plus canicross. The organisers state the courses use the lake trails and are fully off-road. Younger children may enter the 5K at a reduced price; under-12s must run with an adult.
