April 2026

Bruce's Crown Race is a bold team mountain challenge from Caldons near Glentrool in Galloway, spanning 46 miles and over 4000 metres of ascent across three hill ranges. Teams of 2 to 4 tackle checkpoints, hot food and a 24 hour time limit.

Tackle a 20 mile fell race across rugged Galloway peaks including Merrick with 1850 m of ascent and dramatic ridge and plateau running. Organised in aid of Galloway Mountain Rescue, the race finishes at Caldons with hot soup and a beer.

Run the iconic West Highland Way from Tyndrum to Fort William in a 42 mile point to point trail ultramarathon through dramatic Highland scenery. 12 hour cutoff with staffed checkpoints and support make it a classic long distance test.

Run a unique course at RAF Spadeadam, passing Blue Streak rocket platforms and military relics with sweeping views of the Lake District and Hadrian's Wall. Tackle 11 km or 14 mile routes and support the RAF Benevolent Fund.

Join the Carlisle City Urban Trail Run, a 10 km city and off road course from The Sands Centre on 6 May 2026. Limited to 300 runners, with live chip timing and age group prizes for a fun spring challenge.

Join the Cateran Trail Ultramarathon, a scenic 55 mile loop on ancient tracks around Spittal of Glenshee. With 2,250 m ascent, a 15 hour limit and UTMB Index, this mainly off road course offers rugged terrain and sweeping Highland views.
