The Powburn Show Hill Race
The Powburn Show Hill Race is an organised six mile country show hill race held in Powburn on 1 August 2026. The course starts at the show field and initially runs across flat farm fields before the climb up East Hill.
Runners ascend sharply to the summit of East Hill and continue along the hill's spine, following waymarker posts. The route then descends toward Ingram and returns to the show field. The course is fully marked.
