Trail Running calendar near Whipsnade 2026-2027

Celebrate Christmas Day with the Cracker Run, a 7 hour time challenge along the River Thames at Wraysbury. Run or walk as many laps as you like and nab a festive finisher medal for completing 3 km or more.

Join the Charity Christmas Run at Rathfinny on 28 December for a scenic two lap 5 km through rolling vineyard trails, limited to 75 runners. Entry includes a donation to the WOLO Foundation and winners get Rathfinny wine.

Winter Runderland in Walton on Thames is a timed lap event on a 5.3 km riverside towpath course. Runners may select distances from 5 km up to ultra, and a lower-cost no-medal entry option is available.

Join the Penshurst Village Cross Country Run on Sunday 3 January 2027 for challenging 5 mile and canicross races over scenic local trails and open ground. Enjoy a friendly village atmosphere and a great day out for runners and their dogs.

A 43 mile point to point ultra from Wendover into Little Venice, combining country trails, roads and long canal towpath sections, five checkpoints and live GPS tracking with finish facilities including showers and a hall.

A January trail run near Winchester offering two route options including a Half Marathon, routed on tracks, bridleways and footpaths around Farley Mount. Finishers receive a medal, a cool drink and other finisher goodies.

A fully signed 50 km trail ultra on the North Downs Way and Norbury Park with 2986 ft ascent, four checkpoints and a finishers medal. The race is based at Denbies Wine Estate near Dorking and has a minimum age of 16.
