Trail Running calendar near South Rauceby 2026-2027

Enjoy a Peak District fell race at Oxspring Playing Field, a punchy 6.2 km course with 190 m of ascent through scenic terrain. On the day entries welcome for a modest fee and the event is part of an eight race series.

A 20 mile off road traverse from Fairholmes to the Robin Hood Inn over nine gritstone edges that raises funds for Edale Mountain Rescue Team. The unmarked route requires navigation and has about 900 metres of ascent.

An 81 mile ultra on the Bunyan Trail in Bedfordshire run as a single loop within 24 hours. The runnable course links villages, has seven aid stations, live tracking and guided recce weekends to preview the route.

A trail running event in Alton on 12 September 2026 offering a 10 km trail and a 2 mile fun run. The route uses gravel tracks and woodland trails and passes through the grounds of Alton Castle; medals for all finishers.

A 50 mile circular ultramarathon through the Lincolnshire Wolds starting from Swallow Village Hall. The course gains about 1,370 m of elevation, features four aid stations, an 18 hour cut off and limited entry for 150 runners.

Autumn Wolf is a two day trail event in Warwickshire on 12 and 13 September 2026, featuring adult 10K and 5K routes plus junior 6K and 3K races across woodland, fields, streams and mud.

Phoenix Running Bedfordshire's Pick n Mix on 12 September 2026 uses a 5.3 km lapped course at Mowsbury Park. Runners choose distances from 5 km up to ultra with a flexible one hour start window and a seven hour time limit.

Trail event at Bakewell Showground in the Peak District offering three distances with chip timing and on-course refreshments. Routes follow the Monsal Trail with views of Chatsworth House and the village of Edensor.

A fully marked 4 mile loop in Ilam with a steep climb up Bunster Hill, a river crossing and three summits across 6.4 km and 520 m ascent. Licenced by the Fell Runners Association and open to runners aged 18 and over.

TrailFest at Holdenby House offers four traffic free trail distances inside a private estate, with routes on farm tracks, field edges and through a small wood, plus rolling hills and open countryside views.

Trail event on 13 September 2026 at Burton Pidsea Memorial Hall with a 10K, a 5K and a children's fun run. Online and on the day entries are available with separate affiliated fees.

A chip-timed 6.0 miles (9.7 km) trail race in Colne Valley with about 990 ft of ascent, fully marshalled and waymarked, finishing at Zapato Brewery with prizes and age categories.

Teddy Bear Run in Aston Park, Birmingham brings families together for 2.5K or 5K courses, a finisher teddy, and a teddy bears picnic. Participants are invited to fundraise for Birmingham Children’s Hospital with a suggested minimum of £10.
