Bakewell - Fun Inflatable 5k Obstable Course

Inflatable 5K Bakewell, Derbyshire

The Inflatable 5K takes place at Bakewell Showground on Saturday 12 September 2026. The course is built from giant inflatable obstacles, including slides and tunnels, arranged on a 2.5 km lap that repeats for longer distances.

Participants can choose from these distances:

• 2.5k: 1 lap, 15 obstacles
• 5k: 2 laps, 30 obstacles
• 10k: 4 laps, 60 obstacles
• 15k: 6 laps, 90 obstacles

The event is non timed and includes five music zones along the course, a finisher's medal, a goodie bag and a refreshing drink. Water is available at a mid route station. Food and drink vendors and toilet facilities are provided on site.

Children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a ratio of up to three children per adult. Spectators may watch from designated areas and must keep off the marked course and obstacles. Dogs are not allowed at the event.

There is no on site parking; public car parks are located nearby. Bag drop is available for a fee of £3.00 with size limits, no loose items accepted, and all bags subject to search.
