Summer 50 Miler
The Summer 50 Miler is a 50 mile circular ultramarathon scheduled for 12 September 2026, based at Swallow Village Hall in Lincolnshire LN7 6DL. The route crosses the Lincolnshire Wolds and includes rolling arable farmland, historic villages and sections of the Viking Way. The course profile lists approximately 1,370 m of ascent (about 4,500 ft).
The event uses a looped route with four fully stocked aid stations and a strict 18 hour cut off for completion. Registration and kit check take place the evening before the race. A mandatory kit list and race day information are issued to entrants. GPX route files are available for download and the course is mapped via Ordnance Survey and Garmin GPX formats.
Entry is limited to 150 runners and places close once capacity is reached. Parking at Swallow Village is described as extremely limited and car sharing is requested to reduce congestion. Entry fee information is provided and the advertised price for the event is £79. Finishers who complete the course within the cut off receive a bespoke Yellow Belly finisher's medal.
