A self-navigation circular route of about 17 miles and 2,000 ft ascent around Parwich in the Derbyshire Dales. The event includes three aid stations, a collect and deliver quest, and a six hour cut off for runners and fast walkers.

Peak Forest Fell Race is a 9.7 km fell race with 247 m of ascent in the Peak District on 12 July 2026. Day registration is available at Peak Forest Reading Room and free parking is provided on the village recreation ground.

A point-to-point trail run from Bury to Rawtenstall alongside the East Lancashire Railway and the River Irwell. Runners try to keep pace with a steam train while supporters can ride the train; finishers receive a medal and T-shirt.

A summertime off road race of about 5 miles along the River Mersey in Sale, organised by Dragons Running Club. The event uses chip timing, provides finish mementos and shares profits with local charities.

Evening team relay at Golden Acre Park in Leeds on 14 July 2026. Teams of three run three 2.75 mile laps on an undulating trail; entry is limited to 150 teams and restricted to UKA affiliated club members.

Experience a scenic 8 km trail run at Wirral Country Park as part of a competitive summer series. Open to those aged 16 and over, the event features age group trophies and rewards for series consistency.

Take on a classic Peak District fell race in Bamford on Wednesday 15 July 2026, a thrilling 4.5 mile course with 305 m of climb and spectacular views. Pre entry is recommended as day entries are limited.

Tackle a scenic fell race from Chop Gate in the North York Moors, covering 6.1 miles with 344 m of ascent across classic moorland. Entry on the day is welcome with low fees for members and non members, and teams are catered for.

A fell race at Plas Dolben near Llangynhafal covering about 8 km with 457 m of climb on a partially marked course. There is a 50 minute cut-off at the top gate, entry on the day is £5 and minimum age is over 16.

A 26 km trail Metric Marathon starting and finishing in Hebden Bridge, running out to Stoodley Pike and back. The course is waymarked with marshals, a halfway checkpoint, a water station at the turnaround and baggage storage; all finishers..

A mountain race from Ingleton to the summit of Ingleborough, about 11 km with 600 m ascent, held during Ingleton Gala day on 18 July 2026. The race follows a public footpath, runs under FRA rules, and requires mandatory kit.

A 50 mile, 5,500 ft circuit of the Yorkshire Dales with an ascent of Great Shunner Fell and a 22 hour completion limit, starting and finishing at Harmby Village Hall and passing through Wensleydale and Swaledale.

An inflatable obstacle-course fun run at Cheshire County Showground with 2.5 km laps and options for 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km. The event includes music zones, on-course water, finisher medals and food stalls.

Overnight running around Wath Manvers Lake on a flat 3.21 mile circuit, with participants completing as many laps as possible in a 12 hour period. Clubhouse facilities and on site camping are available.
