Lancashire Loop Trail Run

The Lancashire Loop Trail Run is a trail running event scheduled for Sunday 27th September 2026 in Blackpool. The start and finish are in the grounds of the Village Hotel, East Park Drive, Blackpool FY3 8LL. The course is based on a 10K loop on trail paths through a country park with a short section on pavement.

The route passes Marton Mere nature reserve, Herons Reach golf course and Blackpool Zoo, and offers views of Blackpool Tower and Stanley Park. The event notes that runners may hear the roar of a lion. Drink stations will supply fluids and there will be sweet and savoury snacks along the course. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and post race goodies.

Entry costs vary by distance and affiliation status. The event has a six hour time limit. It holds Trail Running Association permit 8053 and will be held under UKA rules.
