Facilities and rules

All finishers receive a bespoke medal and post-race goodies. Aid stations will supply sweet and savoury snacks, water, cordial and coke. All participants must be over 18; entrants aged 18-19 may compete up to the marathon distance, while those over 20 have no maximum distance restriction. Refunds are not permitted.
