The Lancashire Loop Trail Run takes place on Sunday 23 November 2025 in Blackpool. The start and finish are in the grounds of the Village Hotel, East Park Drive, Blackpool, FY3 8LL. The event is organised by PFW Running and is held under UK Athletics rules. Entry is limited to 100 runners. Entries close on 16 November 2025 and the event is listed as full. There is a 6 hour time limit for the race.

Course and race information

The course is based on a 10K loop on trail paths through a country park with a short section on pavement. Distances and formats are:

  • 10K
  • Half marathon - 2 loops plus a short out-and-back
  • Marathon - 4 loops plus a short out-and-back
  • Ultra - 5 loops

Refreshments will include sweet and savoury snacks, water, cordial and coke. All finishers will receive a bespoke medal and post-race goodies. Age rules require all participants to be over 18; ages 18-19 may enter up to the marathon distance, while those over 20 may enter any distance.
