A one-lap trail run at Myncen Farm on 19 July 2026, held on farm tracks and fields with a camping option over the weekend. Open from age 4 with a 100-entrant limit and a ten pound entry fee.

A trail 10K.ish at Myncen Farm on 19 July 2026, run as two laps with a 2.5 hour cut off and camping available over the weekend. Entry is limited to 136 runners, minimum age 16, with different fees for affiliated and unattached entrants.

Multi-distance runs along the Wye Valley Greenway, including a long lit tunnel section. Mostly flat routes on former railway track with feed stations, clear marking and event medals for 5 km or longer.

Selworthy Beacon Fell Race on 19 July 2026 covers 4 miles with about 1000 ft of ascent and descent to Selworthy Beacon. The unmarked route starts at Bossington National Trust car park and passes through Hurlstone Combe.

A new 100-mile, 16-leg team relay in South Devon on 19 July 2026, for teams of 10 to 16 runners, with GPX files provided and proceeds donated to two local charities.

A 10 km mixed-terrain event around Valley Park and Knightwood split into five timed stages, featuring chip timing, marshals, a kids Twiglet Tour, on-course water and food at the finish.

Pretty Muddy 5k in Central Park, Plymouth on 19 July 2026 is a mud obstacle course of climbs, crawls and slides over hardstanding, gravel and grass. It raises funds for cancer research and is open to participants aged 13 and over.

A 7 mile multi terrain race through footpaths, bridleways and quiet country lanes around Tywardreath, Cornwall. The hilly course starts and finishes at the village pub and raises funds for local charities.

A 100 mile self navigated ultramarathon across the Brecon Beacons with 6143 m of ascent, 10 checkpoints, live GPS tracking and mandatory mountain navigation skills. Entrants must meet qualifying criteria and carry specified safety kit.

A Britney themed 7 hour Time Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park offering distances from 3 km up to ultra and 50 km. Aid tables, medals and goody bags are provided, with free parking, toilets and a cafe on site.

A basecamp event at Dunster on 25 July 2026 offering a 50 km loop with about 1600 m of climb plus 25 km and 10 km options, all supported with marquee rest stops, GPS tracking, catering, medical cover and camping.

A 9.3 km fell race near Cwm, Ebbw Vale with 549 m of climb on moorland and a partly waymarked anticlockwise loop. Basic navigation and mountain skills are useful; the event is part of the South Wales Series.

A 5.75 mile multi terrain evening run from the Millpool Centre in West Looe, following riverside and woodland paths; proceeds support Looe Lions local charities and finishers receive a memento.

August 2026

Two trail races across Dartmoor finishing at Ivybridge Rugby Club, featuring a 33.5 mile baby ultra and a 15.5 mile long half marathon. Routes cross open moorland with limited water stations and bespoke finisher medals.

Discover the Rose Run with Phoenix Running South Wales at Parc Taf Bargoed, a scenic multi terrain out and back with a repeatable 5.3 km lap to build distances from 5 km to ultra. Rock up and run with staggered starts and limited spots.

An inflatable obstacle fun run in Bournemouth with 2.5k, 5k, 10k and 15k options, giant inflatables and five music zones. Family friendly with medals, hydration stations, on-site food and a free spectator area.

Two linear Dartmoor trail races on 1 August 2026 based at Ivybridge Rugby Club. Choose the 33.5-mile Crossing or the 15.5-mile Great Escape; both are fully marked, supported with aid stations, cupless and offer limited on-site camping.

A community-organised road half marathon and multi-terrain 5K around Sturminster Newton on 2 August 2026, with water stations, marshals, a race T-shirt and finish cake. Online entries close 1 August; day entries possible if places remain.

Experience a scenic off road run alongside the River Dart in Devon. This community focused event features an 11km main course and a 1 mile fun run with medals for all finishers and a post race BBQ.

A four mile evening run in Westbury on 5 August 2026 supporting Brain Tumour Support, with all entry fees given to the charity, pottery mementos for participants and prizes for top finishers and best helmet.
