A trail running event on 18 October 2026 from Fernhurst Recreation Ground to the Temple of the Winds on Blackdown, featuring a 10 km route with a 866 ft climb and an approximate 4.5 km alternative. Entries online only.

Trail runs of 10 km and 5 km around Blackpit Brewery on October 18 2026, using private multi terrain trails through woodlands and estate tracks. Entrants receive a medal, a pint cup and a free drink at the finish.

Ely Tri Club Runfest on 18 October 2026 offers multiple distances from 10 km to a 66 km ultra. Routes are mostly flat and traffic free with course maps, on-course food and drink, and a few obstacles such as steps and stiles.

Timed multi-lap running at Buchan Country Park in Crawley with lap based distances from 5 km up to ultra, flexible start times and a seven hour time limit. Medal and lower cost no medal entry options are offered.

Beachy Head Marathon Weekend runs multiple trail distances from a 10k to an ultra near Bede's Prep School in BN20 7XL on 24/10/2026. Runners comment on clear signage, friendly marshals, stocked aid stations and hilly coastal terrain.

A point-to-point 47-mile ultra along the Thames Path from Iffley to Henley-on-Thames with five aid stations, mandatory kit requirements, and live GPS tracking.

A 30 mile out and back ultra along the River Stort and Lee navigations on the Hertfordshire Essex border, mostly flat grassy and gravel trail with checkpoints every 5 miles, electronic timing, medals for finishers and trophies for top three..

A hip hop themed coastal run at Milford on Sea offering flexible distances from 5K to ultra and 5.3 km laps, with aid stations, a cupless policy, bag drop and a themed medal.

Pumpkin Plod at Ferry Meadows is a multi-hour lap event on a 5.3 km mixed-surface loop where runners complete as many laps as they choose. Aid is provided each lap and finishers receive an event medal.

A timed, self supported anticlockwise loop around Canvey Island starting and finishing at Waterside Farm Leisure Centre. The mostly coastal route includes sea wall, grass and gravel paths, a 10k pub check point and a four hour cut off.

ATW Grafham 5K and 10K take place at Grafham Water Visitors Centre on 25 October 2026. Entry fees range from £24 to £33, the races run alongside the ATW Grafham Duathlon, and camping is available the night before.

An off-road event south of Canterbury offering marathon and half marathon routes across scenic trails and country lanes. Checkpoints, mandatory kit requirements, OpenTracking and Event HQ facilities are provided.

A guided 10 km trail run through High Lodge in Thetford Forest, led at a conversational pace with group placement by ability. Mostly flat mixed terrain with a couple of small hills and practical tips on trail running.
