Trail Running calendar near Kirkbymoorside 2026-2027

Join the Eldwick Gala fell race in the South West Pennines, a scenic but testing 3 mile course with 168 m climb and short junior races. Limited to 200 runners, this community event blends tough trails and festival fun.

A weekend multi-stage trail running enduro in Sheffield with 11 timed stages covering 20 km within a 24.5 km route. Entry is individual or pair, with on-course support, food and a post-race party including live music.

A 10.2 km fell race in Bakewell on 28 June 2026 with 240 m of climb, junior and fun options, and a Bakewell Pudding for every finisher. Entry is available in advance or on the day for £8.

A mountain fell race on 1 July 2026 from Ribblehead to the top of Whernside. The 10.5 km route climbs about 468 m, follows the old hikers route and the Three Peaks walkers path back to The Station Inn.

Take on the Hope Wakes Fell Race on 1 July 2026: a scenic 9.5 km Peak District route with 458 m of climb, starting and finishing at Hope Sportsfield. On the day entry is £8 and all profits go to local charities.

A 15.5 km upland trail race in Muker on 4 July 2026, starting near Usha Gap Campsite. The route climbs Swinner Gill, descends Gunnerside Gill and follows the Pennine Way through riverside meadows.
